Maria José Estupiñan Moreno
I am an economist with experience in identification and design of learning and evaluation studies, data analysis and monitoring. I have worked at the Alliance of Bioversity and CIAT since 2022. I have one year of experience in applied economics, development research, and complex data analysis and six-month of experience in monitoring.
At the Alliance, I am part of the Applied Economics and Impact Evaluation team, where I have had the opportunity to support the impact evaluation of the Maximizing Opportunities for Coffee and Cocoa in the Americas (MOCCA) project with data cleaning and data analysis. Additionally, I have worked on designing the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning framework in different projects focusing on the working document that incorporates earlier work on the LogFrame and Theory of Change and provide details on planned approaches.
I am currently working on the Cacao for Peace (CfP) project with USAID in the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning component, focusing on providing M&E support to CfP activities, collaborating in the structuring of a database of the projects indicator with detailed information on annual and quarterly progress, reviewing the reports and deliverables and upload the indicator progress in the USAID system.
